Delivery Information

Fashion Ethos uses Royal Mail as their preferred carrier and offers 2 options for UK customers on delivery; and 1 option for EU customers:

Standard Delivery

2-3 Working days:

You will be informed of a tracking number for your parcel so you can see its progress

  • If you are not there to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will take the package to the nearest Post Office and leave you details on how to collect it.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.
  • Delivery is not possible on Sunday or Bank Holidays. In this instance your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery 

Available between Monday to Friday.

  • Orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
  • You will be informed of a tracking number for your parcel so you can see its progress
  • If you are not there to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will take the package to the nearest Post Office and leave you details on how to collect it.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.
  • Delivery is not possible on Sunday or Bank Holidays. In this instance your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day.
  • Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, A27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY
  • Please note due to circumstances out of our control Royal Mail may not be able  to deliver next day. In this instance please contact customer services and we can make a claim against Royal Mail.

International Delivery
 
You can find out if we deliver to your country by referring to our list of international countries we deliver to. If your country is not on our list we apologise but cannot deliver to you at the moment. Please Note: There is a £10 handling fee!

Allow up to 10 working days.

You will be informed of a tracking number so you can see its progress.

  • A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
